I am infinitely grateful to my President Gian Ettore Gassani for giving me the opportunity to write a chapter in this very significant book. Being part of a work that addresses such relevant issues, and doing so alongside other important professionals who have contributed their valuable chapters, is a source of great pride for me.

This collaboration has been not only an honor, but an opportunity for professional and human enrichment. A sincere thank you for the trust placed in me and for allowing me to participate in a choral project that aims to make a difference.
