Third major free event of AMI, Association of Italian Matrimonial Lawyers, Milan Section, in collaboration with the Municipality of Milan and the Order of Journalists of Lombardy.
Once again the speakers are the height of excellence and once again the topic is of particular interest.
The focus is on minors.
We will talk about it, as always, from different perspectives.
After the institutional greetings from the City Councilors, Beatrice Uguccioni and Filippo Baberis and the President of the Journalists of the Order of Lombardy, Riccardo Sorrentino, there will be the introductory report by our National President Gian Ettore Gassani.
We will begin the work with a wonderful lesson on “listening to the minor” held by Prof. Guglielmo Gulotta.
To then delve into “Justice for the protection of minors”, discussed by the President of the Juvenile Court, Maria Carla Gatto.
We could not avoid examining the very current topic of "the use of social media and the associated risks" together with the other worrying phenomenon of "bullying and cyberbullying" with the Deputy Commissioner of the Postal Police, Lisa Di Bernardino.
But family relationships often require the intervention of a private investigator, and that is why we have invited Friend Fabio Di Venosa, who can clarify how to have evidence admissible in Court.
And finally, we cannot miss the ethics discussed by the COA Milan and AMI Milan Councilor, Ernesto Sarno.
